A Stable State of Mind


Take a look at what happens to your brain under stress.  It can be comforting to know that there is science behind why we might act in ways we later regret.  Understanding this science can also help build empathy for those in our lives who may not always be acting from a centered space.  Utilizing Dan Siegel's hand model of the brain, we can have framework to better understand, scientifically, what is going on in the brain when we are stressed.
