Many of us feel like our minds are being pulled in a million directions. The mix of our own nonstop thoughts and the countless distractions competing for our attention can leave us feeling scattered, agitated, and overwhelmed. In this session called, Training the Active Mind, you will learn to anchor your awareness so you can choose where your attention is focused. Through The Breath and Soles of the Feet practices, you will experience how to notice when your mind wanders, and gently guide it back to where you intended it to be. By the end of the session, you will have the skills you need to train your active mind and improve your ability to manage your attention, stay connected with your intentions, and purposely focus on things that nourish you.
