Imagine what it would be like to take moments throughout your day to step back from the constant stream of demands and responsibilities. What would it feel like to create space to see things clearer, feel more grounded, and move forward more focused? Sounds kind of great, doesn’t it? In this session called, The Pause, you will experience how to intentionally create moments like these for yourself. We’ll guide you through three different pauses: I Love, Mindful Position, and Listening to Sounds. By the end of the session, you will see how this simple, but underutilized practice can reset your mindset, and how pausing can give you the space to show up how you want to for the people that matter most to you, including yourself.
