While we all know we should take care of ourselves, for many of us, self-care gets lost in the shuffle. We can go through our days feeling overworked, stretched, and running on empty. And yet, we often feel like we don’t have the time, resources, or permission to take care of ourselves. In this session called, The Self-Care Mindset, we will ask you to rethink how you show up for yourself. Through activities like How Do you Spend Your Time and practices like Shifting Awareness into "Being" Mode, you will see how to make small shifts in what you are already doing that can fundamentally alter the way you feel. By the end of the session, you will have the tools you need to weave self-care into your everyday life and to be more intentional with your well-being and ripple effect.
