Most of us feel exhausted by the negativity that surrounds us. While many of us would like to be the change we want to see in the world, we are not quite sure where to start. In this session called Cultivating Positivity, we will learn how to make a conscious choice to lean into the positive. While we will not ask you to pretend like the negative doesn’t exist, practices like Savoring the Good, Gratitude, and Kind Thoughts will help you broaden your perspectives to make room for more things that add joy to your life. By the end of the session, you will understand how you can intentionally strengthen the part of your brain that looks for the good, how you can cultivate an enduring sense of inner richness, and, ultimately, how you can be part of the change you wish to see in the world.
