This course makes well-being, mental health and mindfulness concepts relatable and actionable so educators will use the strategies for themselves and with their students. By focusing on the abilities to pause and ground oneself in the moment, educators create space to savor the good and respond thoughtfully to the challenging. When all school members using common practices and terminology, efficacy can be expedited, positively enhancing the well-being of the whole community.

What do you mean by Foundations?

These ten sessions plant the seeds for a more balanced and connected life.  The sessions help you dive deep into self-reflection so that you can assess what is nourishing and what is depleting.  

They are foundational because the practices are short and natural to integrate into your day to day life and because the tools included help build a strong base for a sustained sense of well-being.

Short times, many times

Each of these sessions give you tools to implement into your life.  The hardest part about mindfulness is incorporating it into your day-to-day, and we really center around this idea in this series.

Waking Up to Autopilot, Working with Thoughts and Self-Care Mindset all include activities to reflect on your existing habits so you can take actionable steps towards nourishing behaviors.

Ride Life's Waves

In addition to spot on metaphors 🙃, these sessions offer supportive tools so that you can go with the flow... even when experiencing a rip tide.
