This course makes well-being, mental health and mindfulness concepts relatable and actionable so educators will use the strategies for themselves and with their students. By focusing on the abilities to pause and ground oneself in the moment, educators create space to savor the good and respond thoughtfully to the challenging. When all school members using common practices and terminology, efficacy can be expedited, positively enhancing the well-being of the whole community.
